Join me for a complete yoga practice where you’ll go beyond asanas and learn how to incorporate pranayama, mudra & bandha in your practice. You'll learn how to connect with your body and build a better mind/body awareness.
The session will start with a dynamic meditation and allow the body to release any stagnated energy, preparing it for an invigorating yoga flow. The mindful and heat building flow will gently challenge you and invite you to explore your physical capabilities.
Then, expect a combination of energising and calming breathwork alongside mantra chanting which will leave you feeling recharged and elevated.
The session will wind down with some healing frequencies in a crystal healing sound bath, which will work on aligning the chakra system in your body.
This full practice will help you release, recharge and heal.

YOGA & DANCE WORKSHOP

I am so thrilled to announce that I’ll be holding a special yoga workshop with a unique blend of movement & dance. This practice is a combination of both Yoga & dance. In this session, we’ll explore the body’s natural response & movement. There is no rule, technique, or structure to the movement. The goal is to allow the body to move however it likes to release the stagnated & pent-up emotions inside.
You’ll be guided into exploring the subtleties of your emotional body & its connection with the physical expression. The body will go through a journey of the panch mahabhutas - the five elements of nature and the Chakra system within the body. The purpose of this session is to pause the monkey mind and befriend the body. The first part of the session will leave you with a cathartic experience and prepare you for the second part of the Yoga flow.
You’ll notice the shift in your mindset and a sense of freedom when you now flow into this elemental & chakra yoga flow. So yes, there won’t just be movement; Expect yoga asanas, breath awareness, dynamic meditation, a fun warmup, and a long savasana with a massage. If you’re someone who loves yoga but is shy of dancing, then you need this even more! Anybody can dance, we’re talking about the free-flowing, no-rule, carefree dance. In this session, we’ll allow the body to get in touch with its childlike exploring attribute. You can jump, laugh, hop, sway, shimmy, turn, twist, or lie down. Don’t listen to me. Just listen to your body!! Open to all..
