Private & Corporate

  • PRIVATE

My private sessions are specially tailored to your needs, understanding your body, its abilities, and limitations at the same time. I currently teach specific individuals, yoga teachers, and sports people who all have different needs and benefit from a customized approach. I can come to a location of your choice, join you online, or teach from my home studio. Benefits of private training: A calmer holistic approach to experiencing all aspects of yoga. As opposed to public classes, here you’ll find time to take your practice to a deeper level while experiencing a combination of Guided breathwork, meditation, and philosophy talks whilst also working on asanas and the physical body. Work on specific body parts and specific asanas/postures. Opening, strengthening, and working on flexibility of specific areas of the body. Understanding of asanas/poses and their alignments. Understanding the usage & importance of mudra & bandha if needed for a specific pose. Work with injury management and rehab. Also, incorporate the mind-body connection approach. One-hour sessions range from £75 to £100 depending on location, time and needs. Longer sessions are available on request

  • CORPORATE

I can curate special Yoga sessions for your workplace catering to the well-being of your team. These sessions will help the participants with alleviating the work stress and give them an opportunity to connect. These sessions will not only help the participants relieve the bodily tension that comes with working at a desk for long durations but also cultivate mindfulness and a better connection with their work.

  • TRAUMA INFORMED APPROACH

I am a certified Trauma-informed Yoga coach. If you’re someone who has a history of PTSD, anxiety, or depression; the regular commercial Yoga classes might not help you and can even worsen your symptoms. Through a trauma-informed approach, you’ll explore poses and practices that suit you best in my sessions. We will work with the body and not against it. These sessions will also include somatic practices which will help you release stored tension in your body. The entire session will work towards calming the nervous system down instead of public yoga sessions where we unknowingly engage in practices that charge the nervous system and leave us with an unpleasant experience. There are many postures, many styles of yoga and even breathing exercises that can be triggering instead of calming the self. It’s important to note, that these yoga sessions are only an additional approach to your therapy and doctor's advice. And are not to be mistaken as the main solution to your symptoms.
